Welcome! During your first visit in the office we will go over together your health history. This is where we get a more in depth understanding of the story your body is trying to tell you. We encourage you to dress comfortably as you might go through some light movement.

Mamas need love! We hold space for you as you make space for your growing family. This gentle and honoring care supports the changes of your beautiful body as it oscillates between expansion and stabilization to provide the most ease for you and your baby during all seasons of life.
